It features a thermoset, one-piece moulded structure comprising an ‘Alumina Ceramic layer + elastic rubber layer + high-strength steel plate layer’, addressing the common shortcomings of traditional linings, which are either ‘wear-resistant but not impact-resistant, or impact-resistant but not wear-resistant’.

1. High wear resistance and long service life: The surface layer consists of high-purity Alumina Ceramic(over 92%), sintered at 1700°C, with a Rockwell hardness of HRA ≥ 83. Its wear resistance is 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron, significantly reducing replacement frequency.

2. High impact resistance and anti-detachment: The intermediate rubber layer offers excellent elasticity, absorbing the impact energy of large material chunks, with an impact resistance of over 35 J/cm²; the base steel plate is secured with countersunk bolts for a firm fit, eliminating the risk of detachment.

3. Easy installation and adaptability to complex conditions: The lining can be cut and bent to fit irregular equipment such as chutes, hoppers and discharge pipes; The bolt-fastening design simplifies the installation process and reduces downtime for maintenance.

4. Low noise and corrosion resistance: The rubber layer dampens vibrations and reduces noise, improving the working environment; the ceramic layer isolates corrosive materials from the rubber, making it suitable for wet mineral processing and acidic or alkaline conditions.
