The steel pipe is pretreatment such as rust removal, degreasing and phosphating before bonding with the ceramic lining. These pretreatment can improve the roughness and reactivity of the steel pipe, and enhance the bonding with ceramic lining.
Ceramic lining bonds with steel pipe by special composite process. The ceramic lining and steel pipe are combined together by effect of high temperature sintering and high strength adhesive. This method ensures the structural strength of whole pipe line. Meanwhile, the problem of detachment or loosening of ceramic lining during use will not happen.
When high-temperature sintering, chemical bond is formed between ceramic lining and steel pipe. The ceramic lining and steel pipe are combined together by effect of high temperature sintering. At the same time, high strength adhesive forms buffer and seal between ceramic lining and steel pipe. This greatly improves corrosion resistance and sealing of the whole pipeline.

From raw materials to finished products, a complete quality inspection system has been established in multiple links.In the procurement links of raw materials, high-purity alumina powder is tested one by one. Alumina content, impurity items and particle size distribution are tested. Only when the material passes all the above tests can it be used for production. X-ray fluorescence spectrometers (XRF) are used to accurately analyze the chemical composition of raw materials, aluminum oxide content is always above 95%, and impurities are controlled to very low levels.
From the production process, strict quality control is carried out in every link. After ceramic patch coating, ultrasonic flaw detectors are used to check the bonding strength of ceramic patch and pipe inner wall, no loosening or delamination. In the final inspection link, the pipe is also checked one by one. The inner diameter, outer diameter and length of the pipe are measured accurately by coordinate measuring machine, and then the inner diameter, outer diameter and length of the pipe are checked according to the standard. Wear resistance is simulated by abrasion tester, and the wear rate of the product in the specified time is measured. The product is placed in the salt spray chamber to check the corrosion resistance in the acidic or alkaline environment..
