Selection of Raw Materials: Chose high-purity alumina powder with over 99% purity as the raw material. According to the performance requirement of the products, certain amount of stabilisers, binders and other auxiliary materials are added. The superior raw materials are the basis of the product's high performance.


Uniform Mixing: 

Aluminium oxide powder and other auxiliary materials are mixed in specific proportion in the ball mills and other advanced equipments, so as to ensure the raw materials are evenly mixed and dispersed in all directions, offering good material reserve for the subsequent forming and sintering process.


Forming Process: 

Advanced dry pressing technology is used, which can produce products with higher density and better structure. The mould is selected according to the shape and dimensional requirements of the product. Then the raw material is pressed into shape.


Sintering Treatment: 

It is an important process that puts the formed green bodies into high temperature sintering furnace for sintering. The green bodies put into the furnace are sintered at the temperature of 1600°C-1800°C.Clay particles are fused together and formed into a dense ceramic body. This process greatly improves the hardness and abrasion resistance of the products.


Finishing and Post-Treatment: 

The sintered products are usually subjected to grinding and other finishing processes to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the products. The flatness of the two planes is also ensured by the grinding process. In some special cases, coating process is used to further improve corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and other performance characteristics.


Rigorous Quality Control:

Raw Material Inspection: 

The alumina powder and other raw materials are randomly checked in each production link. The chemical composition of raw materials is analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to ensure that the key indexes such as alumina content meet the requirements. Laser particle size analyser is used to check the particle size distribution of powder.


Process Inspection: 

During the production process, density testing is carried out on green bodies formed by dry pressing with electronic densitometer to ensure that the density of each green body is uniform. The hardness of sintered products is also tested with Rockwell hardness tester to ensure that the hardness of the products meets the specified hardness standard.


Finished Product Inspection: 

All kinds of tests are carried out on the final products, including abrasion resistance testing and corrosion resistance testing. The abrasion test machine simulates the abrasion conditions in actual use to test the abrasion resistance of the product. The corrosion resistance of the product is placed in acid, alkali and other corrosive media to observe the degree of corrosion.
