High abrasion resistant alumina ceramic tiles are commonly applied for lining of conveying pipelines and processing equipment in power plants, steel mills, cement plants and other heavy-industry factories. These ceramic liners are practical for coal powder transportation, sintering dust removal and other high-wear working conditions.

Our high abrasion alumina ceramic tile is made of high-purity alumina raw materials with rare metal oxide as flux. After high-temperature sintering at 1730℃, the finished ceramic pieces are bonded to equipment surfaces with professional ceramic adhesive. We provide customized liner solutions according to customers’ actual working conditions to meet different technical usage requirements.

With reliable hardness, steady wear resistance, good high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, our alumina ceramic liners perform better than traditional wear-resistant materials such as cast steel. According to professional testing data, its wear resistance is about 30 times that of manganese steel and 6 times that of high-chromium cast iron. It is a durable and cost-effective wear-resistant material for industrial use.

Product Characteristics

• Excellent wear resistance & long service life: Stable physical properties reduce replacement frequency.

• Good impact resistance: Smooth surface with firm adhesion, not easy to fall off.

• Light & thin lining design: Small volume and low weight, bringing no negative impact on material conveying and chute operation.

• Anti-corrosion & cost-saving: Organic adhesive bonding protects equipment from corrosion, effectively extending the service life of original equipment and lowering comprehensive operating costs.

Selection Suggestions

We recommend different ceramic plates based on actual working conditions for better usage effect:

Flat Ceramic Plate: Ideal for working conditions with low impact force and strict non-sticking requirements.

Perforated (Welded) Ceramic Plate: Suitable for high-impact environments where adhesion requirement is not strict.

Product Classification

According to different connection methods between alumina ceramics and equipment substrates, our alumina wear-resistant ceramics are divided into five categories as follows:

1. Mosaic Ceramic Liners

Mosaic ceramic liners include square, round and hexagonal shapes, with thickness ranging from 3mm to 20mm. Similar to decorative mosaic tiles in appearance, these small ceramic pieces fit closely without gaps. Featuring strong adaptability, they are suitable for irregular and special-shaped equipment structures, meeting daily wear-resistance demands of industrial production.

2. Flat Bricks

Flat ceramic bricks are regular flat ceramic sheets with smooth surface. They are mostly bonded by organic glue. This type is simple for installation, low in cost and widely used for flat lining of chutes, hoppers and common conveying pipelines with low impact force.

3. Hole Bricks (Welded Bricks)

Welded ceramic bricks are upgraded wear-resistant ceramic products. Different from glued ceramics, they are fixed on equipment by welding technology, adapting to high-temperature working conditions above 150℃. The thickness is generally over 5mm, maximum up to 50mm. Thicker design ensures longer service life and higher cost performance.

4. Pipeline Bricks

Pipeline ceramic bricks are professionally customized for inner lining of circular pipelines. With curved surface design, they fit the inner wall of pipelines perfectly. These bricks are mainly used for coal powder, ash and particle conveying pipelines to reduce pipeline abrasion and avoid pipeline leakage caused by long-term scouring.

5. Special-Shaped Parts

We customize non-standard special-shaped ceramic parts according to customers’ drawings and on-site equipment conditions, including curved liners, angle lining pieces and irregular ceramic accessories. Customized products are applicable for complex equipment structures that standard ceramics cannot match.

Package & Shipping

All alumina ceramic products are packed with foam and wooden cases to prevent collision and breakage during transportation. We support bulk shipment and customized packaging. Stable logistics arrangement ensures timely delivery for domestic and overseas customers.

Application Range

Our alumina wear-resistant ceramics are widely used in iron & steel, electric power, machinery, coal, mining, cement, port and other industries. Common application equipment includes chutes, hoppers, conveying pipelines and conveyor belts. Serving as protective wear-resistant liners, these ceramics effectively reduce equipment abrasion during material transportation. Compared with common wear-resistant products, our alumina ceramics have longer service life in harsh high-wear environments.
