    Who We Are

Shandong Qishuai Wear-Resistant Equipment Co., Ltd. is based in Zibo, Shandong. Our core focus is the design, vulcanization, fabrication and supply of composite wear liners for mining, thermal power, cement, metallurgy and chemical industries, with regular shipments to domestic sites and overseas markets including Russia, Kazakhstan, Southeast Asia and Africa.

We operate as a direct manufacturer rather than a trading intermediary. Our production line covers Production of alumina ceramics and silicon carbide ceramics , rubber compounding, hot vulcanization bonding, CNC cutting, steel backing machining and finished-panel QC. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001.

    Our operational principles:

    • Direct communication with engineering and production teams, no middleman specification distortion
    • Custom forming for curved chutes, transition hoppers, pipe elbows and non-standard geometries
    • Full batch QC before dispatch: tile adhesion, rubber-steel bonding, dimensional tolerance, edge finishing and visual inspection
    • In-house export coordination: packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, packing declaration and ISPM-15 wood marking for sea freight

What Is a SIC Ceramic Rubber Liner?

SIC ceramic rubber liner is a three-layer composite wear panel formed by hot vulcanization. Silicon carbide tiles form the working wear surface, bonded firmly to a high-damping rubber intermediate layer, with optional steel backing for mechanical mounting.

The design compensates for the limitations of single materials:

    • Silicon carbide ranks near diamond on the hardness scale, delivering outstanding sliding abrasion resistance against ore, coal, ash, sand and slurry
    • The vulcanized rubber layer absorbs dynamic impact energy, preventing brittle tile cracking when large lumps fall onto the liner
    • Rubber also provides sealing against moisture, slurry ingress and vibration, protecting the underlying steel structure from corrosion and fatigue

Compared with solid steel plate, pure rubber lining or alumina ceramic liners, this composite structure is suitable for combined abrasion + impact conditions where single-material solutions fail prematurely.

    Core Performance Data & Advantages

All performance figures are based on in-house lab testing and third-party material reports, with final grades matched to your medium, impact height, flow velocity and temperature.

    • Superior abrasion resistance: SIC tile hardness ≥90 HRA; low wear rate under sliding abrasive flow
    • Impact buffering: Rubber substrate absorbs peak impact load; qualified bonding strength between ceramic and rubber ≥3.5 MPa, resisting tile delamination under repeated impact
    • Chemical stability: Resistant to dilute acid, alkali and wet slurry; no rust or oxidation like carbon steel
    • Thermal stability: Maintains structural integrity within -40 °C to +150 °C; special high-temperature rubber formulations available for ash chutes and kiln feed lines
    • Lightweight construction: Lower dead weight than thick manganese steel liners, reducing static load on supporting frames, bolts and transfer towers
    • Lower lifecycle cost: Longer service intervals, fewer planned shutdowns and reduced replacement labour; many operating sites record 3–8× longer life than standard steel liners under identical conditions

    Liner Structure & Materials

    Layer Material Function
Top Silicon carbide ceramic tiles Primary abrasion and corrosion resistance
Middle Vulcanized rubber layer Impact absorption, vibration damping, moisture sealing
Backing Carbon steel plate (Q235B / A36, optional) Mechanical support, bolt-on / weld-on mounting base

    Typical Application Scope

These liners are deployed in high-wear zones where bulk solids or slurry transfer creates continuous scouring and drop impact:

    • Mining & metallurgy: transfer chutes, feed hoppers, skip bins, mill feed sections, launders
    • Thermal power: coal feeding chutes, ash slurry pipelines, bunker liners, pulverizer discharge
    • Cement & aggregate: crusher discharge chutes, screen underflow, conveyor transfer towers
    • Steel works: sinter chutes, blast furnace feed lines, dust extraction ducting
    • Chemical industry: slurry pipelines, reactor protection, storage tank lining

If your existing steel or rubber lining needs frequent replacement, we can review your process parameters and drawings to confirm suitability.

    Packaging & Shipment

All export packages follow seaworthy packing standards for ocean and land transit:

    • Wooden crates / pallets are heat-treated and marked per ISPM-15 for customs clearance
    • Each crate is marked with part number, quantity, gross/net weight, dimension, shipping mark and handling symbols (fragile, keep dry, this side up)
    • Container loading uses bracing and dunnage to prevent shifting; we can provide packing photos and loading photos before vessel departure
    • We support FOB, CNF, CIF and EXW terms; full set of export documents including CO, packing list, invoice and test reports are supplied.

    FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between SIC ceramic rubber liner and alumina ceramic rubber liner?
A1: Silicon carbide has higher hardness, better thermal conductivity and superior resistance to fine abrasive slurry and high-temperature media. Alumina is more cost-effective for moderate wear. We will recommend the correct ceramic material based on your medium and temperature.

Q2: What causes ceramic tiles to peel off during service?
A2: Most delamination comes from poor vulcanization bonding, incorrect installation, excessive impact beyond design limit, or prolonged exposure above rated temperature. Our batch bonding strength tests reduce factory defects; we also supply installation guidance to avoid field errors.

Q3: What installation method is better: bolt-on, welded or glued?
A3: Bolt-on is preferred for easy replacement. Weld-on suits fixed structural surfaces. Adhesive bonding is used for low-impact, smooth surfaces. We will specify mounting holes and layout on our fabrication drawings.
