Our production process is strictly regulated and controlled at every stage of the manufacturing process from raw material to finished product inspection.
1. Raw Material Selection: Premium-grade alumina powder with a purity exceeding 99% is meticulously selected, featuring minimal impurities to guarantee exceptional product performance and stability.
2. Additive Blending: Additives blending: According to the requirements of the application, add the appropriate amount of fluxing agents and other additives to the raw materials to improve the performance of the product. These additives are accurately weighed and well blended.
3. Moulding: Using isostatic pressing technology, the raw materials that have been well blended are uniformly pressed under high pressure to obtain green bodies with accurate dimensions and shapes. This method of casting ensures that the green body has uniform density and reduces the internal defects, which forms the basis for the subsequent sintering process.
4. High-Temperature Sintering: Place the green body in a high temperature furnace and sinter it in a furnace. The temperature is strictly controlled between 1600 ℃ and 1700 ℃. In this temperature range, the alumina powder is completely crystallized, and the particles adhere together to become high strength and high density alumina ceramics. High temperature sintering is the most important link in the whole production process.
